01

Protect people and systems

Do not use Schoolbooks to break the law, harm a person, exploit a child, send abusive or deceptive communications, bypass authorization, probe another tenant, introduce malicious code, or interfere with availability.

02

Use communications responsibly

Workspace email must be sent to people your organization may lawfully contact. Do not use the service for unsolicited bulk email, purchased address lists, phishing, impersonation, or attempts to evade suppression and unsubscribe controls.

03

Use AI responsibly

Do not ask the assistant to reveal records you are not permitted to access, approve its own restricted action, conceal evidence, manipulate financial results, or generate harmful or discriminatory decisions. Automated activity remains attributable to the requesting user and workspace.

04

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, suspend, or restrict activity that threatens security, legality, deliverability, or other customers. Where practical, we will explain the concern and allow correction. Serious abuse may be stopped immediately and reported where legally required.

Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@schoolbooks.ke. This publication should receive counsel review before broad commercial launch.
